  • Is my credit card secure with you?

    During the point of sale we utilize a 256 bit encrypted software called Stripe to verify and process credit & debit cards. In other words, when we take your credit card info. The card number is securely stored and the digits are hidden from all. 

  • What is the cancellation policy & what are the fees involved in the services?

    CANCELLATION POLICY

    • RATE ESTIMATE: The base rate (plus 20% gratuity & 10% fuel) presented to you prior to your trip is an initial estimate of the cost of service as reserved.
    • Taxes (out of state), wait time, tolls, parking, stops or any additional services are not included and may change your rate.
    • Cancellations and No Show Fees:
    • Cancellations will result in a full charge equal to the base fare price of the trip plus the 20% service fee.
    • Cancellation of sedans within three (3) hours of scheduled pickup in Boston and 5 (5) hours in other cities of scheduled pick-up will result in a full charge equal to the base fare price of the trip plus the 20% service fee. International reservations for sedans must be canceled 24 hours in advance.
    • Van reservations must be canceled 72 hours in advance or the full fare + 20% service charge.
    • Mercedes reservations must be canceled 72 hours in advance or the full fare + 20% service charge.
    • SUV reservations must be canceled 12 hours in advance or the full fare + 20% service charge.
    • Cancellation of stretch limousines within 72 hours of scheduled pickup will result in a full charge equal to the base fare price of the trip plus the 20% service fee. (Except prom and wedding reservations.
    • For cancellation policies pertaining to proms and weddings client must refer to their contract and listed below.)
    • All bus reservations must be canceled one (1) week in advance or the full fare + 20% service charge.
    • All deposits are non-refundable.
    • A no show fee equal to the trip plus service fee plus applicable wait time will be charged when the passenger fails to show at the designated location.
    • If you cannot locate your driver, call 833-954-8379 to avoid a no show fee. Each segment of your reservation will have an individual confirmation number. If you wish to cancel, each segment of your reservation will require an individual cancellation number.
    • The client is responsible for cancelling all segments of their reservations.
    • American Livery Service is able to monitor all commercial flights, therefore, wait time is charged for any passenger arriving on a commercial airline. (see below)
    • There is a 10 minute wait time grace period at each pick up other than the airport and train. Charges will apply as follows below:
    • American Livery Service, LLC. will allow for 30 minutes on a domestic flight and (1) hour for any international flight before billing waiting time charges.
    • American Livery Service, LLC. does not monitor private flights, therefore, wait time will be charged as incurred for any passenger arriving on a private plane that is delayed by more than 10 minutes.
    • American Livery Service, LLC. does not monitor train schedules, therefore, wait time will be charged as incurred for any passenger arriving by train that is delayed by more than 10 minutes
    • Hourly rates are billed when the vehicle leaves the American Livery Service, LLC. garage & ends upon its return.
    • Fractions of an hour are rounded to next half-hour.
    • For all point-to-point reservations, wait time will be charged at $7.00 per five (5) minute increment once the grace period has elapsed. Grace period is defined as ten (10 ) minutes beyond the scheduled pick up time.
    • All charges are billed to corporate account/credit card on file including 20% service fee and any applicable tolls/parking/stops.
    • A 'no-show' fee equal to the base fare of the plus 20% set fee plus applicable wait time when the passenger fails to arrive at the designated location
    • The following out-of-pocket charges will be itemized on the invoice statement:
    • Two-Way Tolls >Any and all stops
    • Parking
    • Airport Fees - Sale in applicable states
    • To avoid a 'no-show' fee please call 833-954-8379 if you cannot locate your driver.
    • A $20 for sedans and $25 for vans/SUVs/limos is applied to all reservations where the pick-up or drop off is between 12AM - 5AM.
    • There will be a $20.00 charge for all international arrivals.
    • Any and All stops will be charged 20.00 per stop.
    • Please add $25.00 service charge for New Years Eve, New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas.
    • All deposits are non-refundable. American Livery Service, LLC. shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to weather, road conditions and breakdown.
    • In the event American Livery Service, LLC. is unable to provide one of its employee drivers for your ride, American Livery Service, LLC. may contract with a qualified affiliated company to provide the service. In that event, a referral fee will be charged in lieu of a service charge. American Livery Service LLC. will strive to ensure that the driver receives appropriate compensation for providing the service & If you have any questions regarding this policy, please contact American Livery Service, LLC.
    • Deposits for Weddings and Proms is a minimum of $250 and night out on the town and other special occasions will be $200 and are all non refundable.
    • Wedding and Prom packages are as follows: Any deposit is non refundable. Cancellation policy is within (1) Week of reservation date. Travel time will be added if the pick up is more than 30 minutes from base located at 16 March Ave West Roxbury, MA 02132
    • Rates will be added as follows any tolls to and from base.
    • Extra drinks if client wants specific drinks in stretch limousine.
    • Water will be provided with ice and cups could be plastic.
    • Glass champagne flutes will be added for weddings, nights out on the town and special occasions only.
    • Complimentary champagne bottle will be provide and red carpet service for weddings.
    • Driver will have final say for proms if the clients are of under age of 21 and choose to drinking alcohol beverages or smoking any substance in the vehicle the driver has the right to stop the ride and the client will agree to forfeit all monies collect or deposited.
    • If by some chance a person vomits in the rear the client is responsible for the clean up charges that an additional charge of $600 dollars will be added to the bill for clean up and down time.
  • I am new to BOS (Logan International Airport). Where do I meet my chauffeur?

    Terminal A, B, & E flights:
    Upon reclaiming your luggage, please make your exit by the power sliding doors, then cross the very narrow two lanes, by now you should be on a small waiting area where the normal passengers hang around waiting for their nephews and cousins to pick them up. Now proceed to the nearest sign that says "Limo". These signs are purple and will guide you towards the exclusive Limo parking area where you will meet your driver. Curb side pickups are not permitted and violaters are subject to getting fined by the Massport Authorities. However arraignments can be made if it is absolutely necessary.

    Terminal C flights: 
    Please head upstairs to the second level/departures then follow the same instructions as with any other terminal and meet the driver by the Limo parking lot.

  • I would like to hitch a trailer and tow some heavy items. Can you accommodate?

    Certainly! Nothing is impossible. Please call our customer support representative to set up a custom trailer towing service. Our Chevy's can tow up to 5300LBS.
